Veteran and Law Enforcement owned and operated, Lake Erie K9 offers dog training including basic/advanced obedience, behavior modification, and AKC canine good citizens training/testing. Obedience training and behavior modification services are offered in the privacy of your home or at our facility. A therapy dog course is also now offered. Lake Erie K9 “Bootcamp” offers basic obedience puppy/dog training in a group environment. Don’t miss our Tactical Maneuvers ( beginner agility) class this year or our Spec.Ops. advanced group obedience course in which we set up our training like any civilian police or military working dog would go through.

Gretel and I just completed Puppy Boot Camp. My girl, Gretel, is a little rowdy but she responded so well to a little order and obedience in her life. A noticeable change between week one and graduation! Gary helped us nip her food guarding and aggressive growling which makes feeding time much more pleasant and peaceful. Plan to take more classes and highly recommend their classes.Thank you!

I don’t even recognize my dog after this class. The first day I showed up, I almost left before we even got in the door. My dog was being crazy, loudly barking at the other dogs, not sitting still and crying the whole class. She didn’t care what I had to offer she wasn’t paying a lick of attention to me. Gary advised me to stay and see how it turns out. 6 classes later and I’m SO glad I did, not only do I have a new dog but I am a new dog owner. My confidence in my girl has absolutely skyrocketed!!! I now have the tools and knowledge necessary to set my dog up for success anytime, anywhere. This isn’t dog training, this is magic. Thank you again!

Taking my puppy to Lake Erie k-9 for K-9 boot camp was the best thing I could have done for my puppy and I! My knowledge of training a dog was limited and pretty much zero in practice. I have much more confidence in myself and my dog. We already signed up for the next coarse! Thank you Gary for everything. -Becky and Snickers.
