Hi Maria, Thank you for reaching out via the review. I wish we could have discussed your concerns on the phone. I have looked through my records and I see where there were changes made to the training schedule. These were not not as you say because you were "unprioritized". For example, the last contact I see is a text I sent you on 12/15 after you requested a same day reschedule (no notice)on 12/12. I did not hear back from you.<br><br>What I also see are texts from you stating that you were now not working and had flexiblity to do schedule changings. At each session, you reiterated that you were flexible and if I needed to change there was no problem. Since I schedule a week out, I generally will finalize my schedule, and ask to move appointments to limit the driving times between clients, as stated in the paperwork you received on your first appointment. This is not because I do not value or "unprioritize" your time, but rather so I can minimize driving and thus keep my pricing low and arrive on time<br><br>In addition, if you check back, there were two significant weather issues... that impeded travel and driving. I live in the north side of Statesville on a county road where there are weather delays because of just this thing. I can understand how you might not understand these kinds of issues, when you are at home, and your area is not affected to the same degree. But, I have to drive, and I have to be safe... not to mention, with the tiniest amount of rain I- 77 is affected with accidents etc which, unfortunately DO require that I move sessions around and that does affect everyone on my schedule.<br><br>So, out of the 4 sessions that were either time or date changed, 2 were weather related (not under my control) , one was your request to reschedule ( same day no notice- which I normally do not make a big deal out of...) , one was a REQUEST that I made 3 days before your scheduled time to possibly accomodate another client's request, which you agreed to, and 1 was due to 2 spider bites to the face which required medical attention , and you offered to reschedule, which I did....<br><br>When clients sign up for private lessons, they receive in the email with the client information form, additional information that states that from time to time I may call and request a schedule change to minimize driving, but that it is ultimately the client's choice to do so; and that due to driving times and delays that are beyond my control I ask that clients allow 10 minutes on either side of the appoinment time for arrival. If anything more than that I would contact the client with the expected ETA. Of the 4 sessions, 1 I arrived within 10 minutes of schedule, 1 within 15 minutes of schedule, 1 I was early for, 1 was actually right on the dot, (to which you arrived 10 minutes late.) and, 1 you incorrectly thought was on a different week.<br><br>To date, I have not received a request for a refund for your final session. My policy is not to refund sessions once training starts. Based on the above facts, I should not be expected to refund an unused session, since the ball was left in your court, but in the interest of reducing your stress and mine, I will process a refund for your final session.
