We want to express our sincere gratitude to Humberto Calvo and his family. In December, when we traveled, we left our dogs in his care, and the experience was exceptional. Not only did they take care of them with love, but from the very beginning, they made us feel welcome and at ease. His family greeted us warmly, which gave us great peace of mind. They took the time to understand our dogs’ specific needs — their diet, routine, behavior, and overall well-being. In addition, they provided grooming and training services, which made a big difference. Our larger dog needed guidance and structure, and thanks to Humberto’s professionalism, we realized it wasn’t “attitude,” but rather the need for proper training. Humberto doesn’t just train dogs — he educates them, helping them become more social, balanced, and better suited for family life. What we truly value is how he tailors the training to the owner’s needs. As a business family, we need a dog that can also help protect our property and loved ones. We have a Australian shepherd mix named Flea. Flea is a loving friendly dog but is overly excited, pulls on walks and loses his mind when approaching other dogs and constantly overwhelms our little dog to the point the little dog wont leave our bedroom. We dropped Flea at Lakes Guardian kennels for three weeks. When Flea came home his demeanor and energy is changed. When Flea walked in the door our little dog looked at Flea then laid down on the couch, amazing! Our walks with Flea are great he stays right by our side without pulling. We are off to a great start. I meet Humberto Calvo , 13 years ago When he trained out German shepherd Zoey , he did an excellent job with Zoey she was a lady and always remembered the commands tough by Humberto , we bought a new puppy German shepherd from him , and we also gave Humberto the chance to train our new puppy Zeus , just 15 days later we picked up Zeus after his train and he is amazing, he responds 100 percent accurate on them commands he was though by Humberto , thank you Humberto for all the help , will recommend him with anyone’s buying or training a German shepherd
