We are so thankful for our experience with Lakota Creek Kennels! Josh spent 1 month with our pup, Dallas, teaching him basic obedience. Prior to his training, we were in a tough spot with Dallas as he had poor experiences with groomers and other trainers leaving us feeling hopeless and unsure how to give Dallas the best life. Josh changed the trajectory of Dallas’ life after he spent 1 month with Dallas, Dallas is now extremely obedient and even-tempered. LCK was an answered prayer for our family! Now when we go out of town, we board Dallas with Josh and he does some memory refresh on basic obedience with Dallas. Boarding is inexpensive and Josh always gives Dallas a bath prior to us picking him up. Dallas is always tired when we pick him up from all the time playing and interacting with other dogs. Josh is great with communication and responding to any concerns. Couldn’t be more thankful for Josh and LCK!

We have gone to Lakota Creek Kennels for the past 2 years when we need to board our GSP. We trust Josh tremendously to take care of our Lucy girl, and we never have to worry about her when we are gone because we know she is in great hands!

I would rate Lakota Creek all of the stars if I could. I can't say enough good things about Josh. He's not only an exceptional trainer but you can tell he truly cares for the dogs he works with. The facility is top-notch and well-maintained. We had a unique situation with a rescued lab who sadly did not make it due to an unexpected health issue. Josh was honestly a godsend, offering support and doing everything he could to help. We couldn't ever thank him enough. We will always use him in the future.

Absolutely 100% recommend. We have an American Staffordshire Terrier with extreme dog aggression. At 8 years old Josh our dog trainer trained him to get used to other dogs and not immediately react to aggression. We now have a 4 month old Pitbull and they both love each other. Without Josh we wouldn’t be able to live freely with Thor ( our oldest ) .
