Lara's Canine Solutions (New Braunfels)

If I could give them negative stars I would. Dropped my dog off here for the two week boarding and trading and I got back my dog with wounds all over her and she lost 7 pounds in two weeks! There was no communication from them during the two weeks except for me calling to check on my dog and in those calls they never told me that she was having a hard time or being anxious in her kennel. Otherwise I would have come to pick her up right away. They called me the day before I was supposed to pick her up and they told me that she had some lick granulomas on her paws. Ok. So I go pick her up. They immediately take me to the office where I pay the remaining balance, before I even got to see her. Then they make me wait outside, they brought her out and she was skinny and had massive wounds on her paws. I took her home, having to put a cone on her, and I looked her over and she had way more than what they told me she had. Completely horrified, I took her to the vet right away and they were appalled by how she looked. Super skinny and wounds all over. The vet was the one that suggested this place and after that they were not going to suggest this place to any more clients. I tried calling the owner. She took no responsibility for anything. Never said sorry and was trying to justify all the points I was bringing up. Such a scam. I hope that you never take your precious babies there.
