Not what I expected after reading reviews. Was hoping for better communication. Even your comment on this review is rude and condescending. I did not expect or ask for a refund on my down payment but I do acknowledge and appreciate that. However, I still would not recommend this business based on your attitude towards customers.

He makes it a point to meet with everyone and go around to individually meet with each pet and work with them, which I appreciate a lot. His wife Holly is also very helpful! Just some great people trying to make you a better dog owner. I would definitely recommend his classes to everyone!
