Katie is amazing. Before seeing her we were very seriously considering euthanasia for our Luna due to her bite history and aggression. But after just 4 sessions she is now a much calmer, happier dog. Euthanasia is off the table. Katie taught us so much to help Luna be a more confident, well behaved dog. She comes when called and we can have guests over without worry. Thank you for everything, Katie!!

Katie did an AMAZING job with my girl Cora. Cora struggled with a little bit of an aggression problem mainly with other dogs, she had little to no self confidence,not good with recall and a few other things! I had twins on the way so we needed to nip some things in the butt. Cora did the 4 week board and train and let me just say wow! I was nervous at first with having her gone that long but When Katie brought her home Cora was a totally different girl (in a good way). I love how Katie bonded with Cora (and vise versa) and how she handled my dog! I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know looking for training!! My girl is so much more confident at home and is doing way better then where she was at a month ago ❤️

I can never say enough good things about Katie. Our GSD has learned to calm down around her triggers and to deal with her anxiety so that she can be successful in our home. Prior to working with Katie, I could not take our dog for walks near the road bc she would charge the cars. Our GSD could not calm down in the house bc we had cats and another small dog. Now she is a completely different dog, and has learned to be so from the knowledge and gentle work she received at Last Journey. Prior to this, we spent THOUSANDS of dollars at a well known trainer in West Michigan. They returned to us a dog that could do "doggie push-ups", but wouldn't listen when we tried to walk her. Katie has trained my dog in the way that SHE needed to be trained and has returned a dog that can LIVE in my house. Don't waste your money anywhere else!!! I wish we would have come here first.

SHE’S AMAZING! I was hesitant to take our dog to a trainer after having some friends spend thousands of dollars only for the training to go out the window after a year. After meeting with Katie I knew she was different than other trainers in the best way! She is honest and realistic with her training and ALWAYS has the dog’s best-interest at heart. We have seen such an improvement in our dog after staying with Katie for a couple weeks. If I ever moved away from the area and needed a dog trained I would travel across the country with my dog to Katie! It’s not easy to find someone you trust your dogs with but I know they are in the best hands when they’re with Katie.
