Steve, I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help! Your training has made things so much easier on all of us! My husband had shoulder surgery and was not able to take Ally on a walk. Because of you I’m able to still have control of her while taking care of the baby. Walks are now peaceful for us. My husband was even able to walk her, while he’s in the sling, with full trust that she will listen and not pull. I’m able to trust Ally more when I’m taking care of the baby. She loves to lay in the floor of his nursery and watch him. We even moved the mat into his room so she has her own place. Again, I just wanted to thank you for all of your guidance and help.

Roscoe had a good experience. Loved the pics and updates while he was away and also that he got to stay in Steve’s home instead of a kennel situation. Roscoe seemed happy and cared for at pick up. Steve also give print outs with tips to keep up the training at home … which I know we can all find info on the internet but the internet has so MUCH info that I never know what to follow so I appreciate having the instructions from Steve.
