FirstBarkWe recently sent our Husky mix, Boomer to Lead By Love Dog Care for 3 weeks. Boomer already had some training but Steve really helped to hone some of her skills. Steve provides a great environment for dogs to learn and is great at communicating with dog owners.

Our Belgian Malinois just finished a three week board and train with Steve and his wife, July/August 2020. Wow! We are so impressed. Not only did they take her into their home and treat her like their own pet, but the training was great. We now have a very good foundation from which to keep progressing. I highly recommend Lead By Love!
Steve transformed our 1 year old wild Golden Doodle Luci! She is so much calmer and really so much easier to handle. Thank you Steve! Can’t wait for Doodle Fest! 💕

Steve did a great job with our dog, Murtagh! Murtagh is 63 pounds of pure muscle, energy and excitement. My 6’3” husband was the only one who could walk him before going to Lead by Love. Now anyone can walk him easily. He heels very well and is even a delight to walk as “free dog” with a LOOSE leash! His manners are SO much better. We still have more to practice when guests come, but he loves to learn now. Steve does a great job with training and loves the dogs like part of the family while they are there. Thank you, Steve!

Unfortunately the training didn't work for my pup. My toy poodle has separation anxiety and she would whine and cry when I am getting ready to go to work, when someone knocks the door and in the car when is time to go somewhere. I contacted Steve and told him about her issues of anxiety. She stayed with him ten days, he sent me pics and videos of the tricks that he showed her but I didnt get a video of how he was addressing the anxiety issue with her. When I got her back she learned some tricks but she still had the anxiety in the same level when I left her 10 days before. I talked to Steve about this. He was understanding and offered more trainig but I still paid a big amount of money hoping she will come like a new dog, like I have read in the reviews but it didn't happened. Like I said, Unfortunately the training didn't work for us. Maybe if she was just needing obedience that would have been other results.
