Lead K9 Training

I met Jordyn in 2023 after unsuccessfully dealing with some aggression between my large Staffordshire terrier (Roo) and my small West Highland terrier (Gigi). Roo had been given to my son at a gas station the year before and was covered in scars from what was probably a fighting situation. The aggression with Gigi developed over time regarding toys and attention from humans and I was afraid that it was just his nature and that he might become dangerous. From the moment she walked in the door, Jordyn had their attention and immediately identified the issues we were dealing with. We worked together at home for a few sessions before Roo went away to train with her for four weeks. He returned a much better dog. I can now walk both dogs off leash at a local farm I manage and Roo is much more manageable on leashed walks and with other dogs and house guests. Jordyn taught me how to recognize the signs of when Roo is stressed and also how to distract and calm him in unfamiliar situations. I no longer worry about Roo being aggressive with other animals and he is a sweet and loving member of our family. All of my dogs have been rescues and I've regularly worked with a variety of trainers. Jordyn is above and beyond any other trainers I've worked with, truly an extraordinary professional in this field.

Jordyn is an exceptional dog trainer and all around excellent human being. She's spent numerous hours with our dog, Rook, prior to our moving away - In both a training and boarding capacity. There was no greater peace of mind on our longer trips than knowing Jordyn was providing better care than he would've recieved somewhere else. She's very capable at getting tangible and obvious results with even difficult cases. She's responsive, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and simply has a way with our canine companions.
