Leash Free Living

After finishing the three week dog school program at Leashfree Living (which was the BEST decision we ever made), we have been taking our dog Hank to Leashfree Living for daycare twice a week for almost two years. I simply cannot say enough good things about their programs and more importantly the PEOPLE. Every single person who works there is amazing. I have never seen anyone without a smile on their face when they come out to get Hank or bring him out to us at the end of day. He is so excited when we pull into the parking lot - it’s like he is little kid going to a playdate - and that is only because of the people that play and work with him all day!!! I recommend Leashfree living to EVERYONE

My dog has been going here at least twice a week the majority of the year and he absolutely loves it and gets so excited to go. He greets the staff with confidence and excitement which shows he has connected with them, trusts them and really likes them. I’ve attended the workshops as well and they are beyond worth the value. Very informative and knowledgeable staff. He has so much fun and learns very try valuable skills and training.

We have been working with Leash Free Living to train our Westie puppy, Pip, since March 2024. Our goal: for Pip to become a well-behaved, well-trained, social, and confident member of our family. Our trainer, Jayna, has Pip well on her way! Pip already joins us at outdoor cafes and has excellent elevator manners. She socializes with other dogs and is a quiet companion when in the company of other people. She loves everyone, enjoys safely playing with her dog friends, and LOVES to LEARN NEW things. The Leash Free Living training philosophy has been a game changer. And Jayna is a GEM!! We’ve enjoyed 5 well-behaved Westies, but Pip is the first well-trained Westie we’ve had in our family. Anyone who has loved a terrier knows what a phenomenal experience it is to be able to truly appreciate a well trained dog. So, we continue on our journey with Pip, now 7-months old, happily accompanied by our Outstanding trainer, Jayna and the Excellent staff and team who make-up Leash Free Living. They are all wonderfully talented, supportive, and caring professionals whom we are delighted to work with.

Update: 9/28- Although I was disappointed with this mistake on first contact, I did get a call an hour after our scheduled appointment. The rep on the phone was apologetic but didn't offer excuses, just a professional consultation. The training itself is great; I would be giving 5 stars if they were able to provide the ASL interpreter reasonable accommodation for my wife to ensure her access to the lessons. That said, they did way better than the average bear in meeting us in the middle though we ultimately bore the cost of both the lessons and the interpreter ourselves. This isn't a common situation, but the training itself and staff are 5 stars easy. ---Original Review below--- After finding them online I was excited to do a phone consultation for my puppy and maybe start classes. I received multiple confirmations of my phone appointment only to be completely ghosted. No call, no reply to messages, no response. Can’t say what your experience will be if you’re a paying customer, but I find this disrespectful and don’t plan to give them my business.
