Hi Blake, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our need to reschedule your appointment, as well as for the delay in getting back to you. I completely understand your frustration with the last-minute cancellation. As many of our clients know, we are currently short-staffed, which has required us to prioritize the care of the dogs over administrative tasks like scheduling. This is something we are actively working to improve. I would like to point out that we did not randomly cancel your appointment via text, we asked to postpone your visit till this Saturday. In reply, you told us "I won't have him anymore at that point... it's fine. Don't worry about it." I understand that this timing may not have been ideal for you, and I deeply apologize for not being able to accommodate you sooner. But, it's not like we never attempted to work with your schedule. As for the previous grooms, our groomers work with live animals whose behaviors and moods can vary due to numerous factors, such as changes in weather, interactions with other animals, or simply their own temperament on a given day. While we always strive to provide consistent grooms, we can not always get the animals on the same page. Congratulations on your well-earned retirement and thank you for your service!
