FirstBarkPhillip was great with our Saint Bernard puppy. I'm hopeful I can keep up all the training at home, I know he is only a phone call away if needed. Highly recommend!

Whether you choose one of our Board and Trains or One on One Sessions, we are happy to assist you in reaching your goals. We have trained hundreds of dogs and handlers how to communicate effectively with each other. We have been recommended by veterinarians throughout surrounding counties such as Bulloch, Effingham, Screven and Chatham and have had the pleasure of training many local vets personal dogs. Appointment only Drop offs and pick ups. This is a family owned and operated business and drop-ins without appointments unfortunately can not be accommodated.

Choosing a trainer for your dog can be so difficult. I am so thankful for Phillip! He did an amazing job training my puppy in basic obedience. He gave me the tools and knowledge to continue lifelong learning for my puppy. I feel a stronger bond with her now and am more confident working with her. The hardest part is being away from your dog but it is so worth it. I highly recommend Legendary K9

Philip is amazing. Can't thank him enough. Thought we would have to give up the two dogs we adopted from their original owner. Their transition into our household of an elderly lab/retriever and a cat was very difficult. Frought with aggressive behaviors, resource guarding, etc. We realised they had been trained by Philip and reached out to see if he could give us some tips. Becca immediately responded, and within days, we drove 2 hours to his training facility. Philip worked with us and our new fur babies. Within an hour, they were transformed back to their original trained selves. He is just amazing at what he does, how he cares for the animals he works with. A true dog whisperer. We are still working on our challenges at home, but every day, we see huge changes towards a happy, content blended household. Again, I am so grateful for your help and that you took the time to train us on their potential.

Becca and Phillip are absolutely AMAZING! We boarded our 11 week old Boykin Spaniel at their facility for a week while we traveled up North. I was extremely anxious leaving her, as we’ve had her since birth and she’s never been alone.I’ve also been a vet tech for 20 years and have seen every horror story you can imagine about boarding facilities. When we arrived they took detailed instructions on how we have been potty training, feeding and socializing our girl. They also happily showed us where she’d be staying and the play-yard. During my trip, Becca not only calmed my anxieties but sent me pictures AND videos of her livin’ her best life! The Hughes family went out of their way to keep me calm on a much needed vacation! And more importantly- kept my girl safe and happy. When I picked my girl up (with an excellent report card- proud mom right here), she was freshly bathed, spoiled and happy (not to mention her potty training had progressed rapidly). I almost think she misses their house more than she missed mine! I would ABSOLUTELY send any of my 5 dogs back to Legendary K9. It was a 5 star, stellar experience! Thank you both for all you do!
