Paid four figures for training to deal with conflict between two of my dogs. She comes, works with them for about an hour with prong collars and gave me homework. It didn’t work. I followed up with a phone call where she was stumped that it didn’t work, and then said my next step was to USE A TAZER on my dogs. No support other than that, and to come to socialization classes which both my dogs are fine with other dogs and in groups. Repeated calls and messages have gone unanswered and I feel like I am entitled to a refund since the “support for the life of the dog” is a complete lie. Addition: why didn’t I follow up? Because your classes didn’t start until the end of March and the 8 week span in between got so bad, and every time I called you for help, you had zero answers to any of my concerns other than to come to class. Living in a war zone with dogs and kids for two months because you have a litter of puppies and no solutions is unacceptable when someone has paid you $1100.

Highly unprofessional for so many reasons. Came to my front door smoking a cigarette. We were not informed that she’d be bringing her “training” German Shepherds which scared the dickens out of my two, small rescues. The whole “training” seemed highly suspect. My dogs and I were stressed and uncomfortable the whole time. She continually left us to take cigarette breaks. I was paying her a lot of money for her time and this was absolutely frustrating. I wasted money but more importantly, I put my dogs through an upsetting experience.
