I cannot say enough wonderful things about Let’s Speak Dog. Duke has struggled with pretty rough anxiety after some negative boarding experiences elsewhere, so I was nervous about trying a new place. To my surprise, I have never seen him acclimate so quickly. From the moment we walked in on our first visit, the entire staff made both of us feel comfortable and supported.
Each one of them took the time to understand his needs, were incredibly patient, and kept me updated throughout the process, which eased my own anxiousness about leaving him somewhere new. Their kindness and professionalism gave me complete peace of mind, and my dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. You could see in the daily pictures just how much fun he was having.
If you’re looking for a boarding facility where the staff truly goes above and beyond, this is the place. They turned what could have been a stressful experience during our trip into something positive for our family and most importantly Duke!
