I have a dog who loves to play catch and is really good at catching. He could easily be taught to be a frisbee dog. I'm just wondering if people train & enter other people's dogs in these comps. I'm older &can't but he would love it.

I’m trying to find a place I can bring my dog and do agility with him but not with a trainer just to do it to get his brain working

Hello! We do offer ring rentals. However, in order to rent the ring, we require that owners/handlers have previously titled their dogs in agility, or they have taken lessons with us! This is just to ensure that you know how to keep your dog safe and happy on the obstacles, since they could become scary or dangerous if you aren't sure how to teach them. :) Our ring rental time is also pretty limited due to our demand for classes, so we always recommend jumping into a group class to get started in agility!

We have just adopted a dear dog whose owner died And I believe we have a border collie corgi mix who clearly was trained as a herder. We know nothing about helping our new family member enjoy his talents. Help.
We have an Anatolian Shepherd who is 3-1/2 yrs. old. He is our son’s dog. Our son no longer lives here, but sees the dog frequently. He obeys his commands, but not mine! He obeys my husband’s commands much more often than mine! I am the primary feeder, and treat provider. That being said, our sweet dog BARKS almost incessantly!!! He wants to be outside watching over the neighborhood! Can this behavior be controlled??? It is very, very frustrating! We need Help!! Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks 🐶

When do you get paid for training
This is a dog training facility where you can pay to take classes and private lessons, rent the dog gym or different training areas, and attend dog sporting events.

Great place to train agility.
Great Manners class yet instructor was hash, rude and said different instructions every time. I will sign up up for another class yet will NEVER pay for lessons from this instructor again.
Level Up is super fun and affordable for what you get. Group classes are a great way to work your dog around various distractions, like other dogs who are in training or running the agility course. It helps push both the handler and the dog to focus in a high energy environment. You can’t achieve these things training at home or on dog park agility equipment.

My experience was terrifying for my dog Magnus. He is AKC acknowledged with his CGC certificate, has excelled through advanced obedience training and IS trained in the agility sport at only 10 months old! We came to this facility at the recommendation of other trainers as “the spot to go” to fine tune his training to be able to compete. Magnus was not willing to participate in class because of the high stress level put onto him due to uncontrolled dogs around him. This was noticed when I could not complete even half of the first beginner class. I returned with his normal trainer who is a certified trainer in not just obedience but also a behavioral specialist just to see if she could help me rectify his nerves and help me get him to respond in a positive manor and she noted this place is too much for him and quickly noted how terrified he was by the environment. When we requested an PARTIAL REFUND, to it was a quick and resounding no, try again with steak. Our trainer had reached out with her findings to no positive response. I can not in good conscience recommend this facility for the simple fact that the level of sympathy for a dog that is terrified to perform is a laughable thing to these “certified trainers”. All I am saying do your research and find a more caring facility for your loved ones needs. It to mention we paid for 8 lessons to find out due to the holidays we will only have 6!
