FirstBarkWow. I cannot believe how fast the dog captain transformed my new puppy. In just five days, my dog went from jumping off the walls, barking all the time, and hating her crate to being the best dog I have ever had. I have over 30 years experience with dog ownership and training. I got interested in dog training in1972. I have worked with and trained protection dogs, service dogs and family dogs. All of my training is done at my private training studio located behind my home in Lexington South Carolina .I only allow one dog in my training program at a time so that I make sure I give you and your dog the best training results possible.

When our son fell in love with a shelter dog and we decided to take him in, our family experienced some adjustment challenges training Bert to walk on leash and not to run away. John at Lexington Dogs provided a program of structured and loving training, teaching Bert to sit, stay, and come on command, and to walk both on and off leash in a calm and obedient way. John's love of pups and his years of experience helped Bert quickly bond with and respond to his training. Not only did Bert receive invaluable opportunities to learn self-control, but he took field trips out in public with John to practice his new skills. He also found a new friend. We are grateful to John for sharing his patience and expertise to help Bert and our family work as a better team. We can't recommend Lexington Dogs enough!
I left my GSP with John, and the difference it made was amazing. Before my pup couldn’t turn off his high speed lifestyle, but after a week of coaching from John, he has learned a new way! Very happy with John’s care, dedication and communication!
