Linker Learning Center For Dogs

I have known Sherry Linker for over 27 years. Her unique method communicates in the dog's own language, so the dog learns very fast. Her method changes the dog's desire so that they WANT to follow our commands and are happy to do it! She completely understands how dogs think and they do not reason the way humans do. She teaches them respect, not submission. I watch her train every chance I get and always learn something new. Seeing an aggressive dog transformed is always stunning! Over the years I have had my dogs trained by Sherry and would never want my pups trained by any other method. She has my highest recommendation!!!

I highly recommend Sherry. We brought our 8 month old German Shepherd puppy to her as she was showing soon aggression issues and wanted to be the "alpha" instead of us. Sherry quickly turned that around in 3 weeks. We now have a dog that will mind in most command's. We still have work to do and will continue with Sherry for further corrections. I am proud of my husband for finally realizing that HE has to work with her instead of just me! Thank you Sherry and we will see you soon.

Dog owners, beware. The current trainer purchased the business from the original owner and does not follow the method with fidelity. She is too eager to use the pinch collar and neglects to do it at the appropriate time. I wish I had researched my options before allowing her to beat up my dog with the pinch collar. I talked to the original owner, Sherry Linker, who said the training was incorrect. This is a sorely outdated method, regardless. There is so many new methods out there that prove most dogs can be trained without severe correction.

I would do it all over again. My dogs were trained in basic commands and we now have the tools and the knowledge to keep up with the training. We put our dogs through the three week course and were getting consistent updates on how the dogs were doing with pictures! Unlike a lot of other places I called around about prior to Linker, these guys answered there phones, returned my calls, and answered every question I had. Each person I talked to was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even after the training, they never made me feel like I was bothering them when I had additional questions. Now that my dogs are familiar and love the staff, I'll be using them for my future kenneling needs as well.
