Little MonStar’s Training Academy

Sarah cancelled multiple lessons and did not reschedule/show. I left a phone message on June 18 asking to reschedule them and then last week, emailed for a refund. The last communication from her said she had been hospitalized for heat exhaustion on June 19. That was a week after she didn't show up for our training for the first makeup session. Our contract ended on June 9 and that was the last lesson we had. She had told me we would make up the other sessions. Our first makeup lesson was to be June 12 and she said she had been sick all weekend. We rescheduled for June 14 and she just didn't show up and did not contact me again until June 19. My dog is older and is already pretty obedient. I needed her to listen better and not pull ahead walking and non reactive on walks toward other dogs and cats. We did not accomplish that. I would have thought 16 out of 20 lessons we would have made more progress. It's disappointing because I liked Sarah.

Sarah was such a pleasure to work with!! She was very professional, responsive, and did an AMAZING job at training all 3 of my fur babies!! From my puppy to my bigger babies she taught them so much in the time they were with her. I could tell they loved to be with her and her staff and we will definitely use her services in the future!! We would recommend Little Monstar’s in a heartbeat!! If I would give her 10 stars I would!!
