Adam was not the first trainer I had visit my 2.5yr old Great Pyrenees. My dog is 100lbs and is hard headed to say the least. He is leash reactive and extremely strong. Adam took slow steps to introduce himself and for Ollie to accept him and be relaxed and comfortable around him. The training approach was all reward based which was exactly what Ollie needed. The professionalism from Adam along, with expertise and a very fast understanding of Ollie gave me the confidence to train Ollie. I am more confident when out on a walk which in turn gives me more control of the situation. Without Adam that would not have been achieved. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam to help with any aspect you may be dealing with. He is the most calm and professional trainer I have had the pleasure to work with.

Hands down, the best. Adam really breaks down the psychology of a dog and customized his training to meet the specific personality of not only our dog, but also with us. He studied interaction and built a training plan specific to our character traits. After one session, our 4 month old service dog learned how to walk without pulling, auto sit at all stops, and an immediate recall. We have received compliments everytime we have taken him in public places, to include malls, restaurants, grocery stories, small businesses, and even an event with a crowd of over 5,000. Adam will be the only trainer who will train any of our future dogs. Beyond his expert training abilities, Adam is also an all around good and honest man; and a trusted veteran. Thank you!

We have enjoyed an amazing experience with Adam York. His approach to dog training as well as owner training is professional, fun and right on target. Our Luke is a pit mix from a local shelter. His early years were a mystery and he certainly lacked manners. Adam had helped us understand our dog and what we can and should expect. It also should be noted that our Luke immediately recognize Adam as a man who loves dogs! This relationship has given us more obedient, happy and confident dog!
