FirstBarkMe and my dog have only completed the novice class, but already I see a change in her behavior. She is much calmer and is responding will to all the new training. Jan is great and helps with all behaviors.

Live Oak Dog Obedience offers year-round dog training classes and private instruction in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas, including indoor classes during the winter months. Classes are generally small so personalized attention and guidance can be achieved. Once your fee is paid you are more than welcome to come to any of the classes offered, Obedience (Puppy, Novice, Intermediate and Advance), Agility, Rally, Scent Training, Tracking, Off leash Training and Walk and Train Classes in indoor and outdoor areas. Jan sure enjoyed working with you and River is really doing well. I think I have two more lessons so was wondering if you could recommend classes that might be good for us?
You might want to try the Trick and Job Class. In this class we work on some fun tricks but also teach jobs that would help you as a service dog. It is a fun relaxed class that will give you some things you could also work on at home. Also, the Walk and Train Classes through the winter will help you work him in different locations and businesses.

I have a 5 yr old male lab not neutered. Very little training. Very food and human motivated. Do you train dogs like this. How many can attend the class
You couldn't find anyone to help you with your furbaby for any reason!!

Jan will most definitely help you and your dog! I've seen miracles happen with aggressive, nervous, shy, and formerly abused dogs.

Jan is knowable about dogs and training. Plesant to deal with and realizes what your goals are.
Jan seems very confident in her profession. I feel she does spend to much time on stores. I would like to have her explain why certain things are necessary, for basic training and how they apply to service dogs . Feel River is a little more advanced than the classes we have been in
Jan is an amazing person. Always here to answer any questions, and very knowledgeable. She cares about the dog and teaching people how to have a stress free dog life. I love it!
Jan offers great obedience training. Our agility training with Kelsey has taught us so much. Would recommend all classes with Live Oak Dog Obedience Utah!
