Logic Driven Canine Training

Joe trained my dog Ernie in the Fall of 2023. Ernie went to training due to issues with resource guarding (trash, treats, etc.) and pulling/doing whatever he wanted on walks. We live in NYC, so this caused an extreme stress on day to day life. After the training, Ernie now walks right by my side, and hardly even looks at trash on the street, never trying to pick it up like he would before. I feel much more comfortable leaving him with friends/family/dog sitters/walkers and I'm able to bring him with me to restaurants, on errands, etc with little to no worry about his behavior. I thought the training might negatively impact my relationship with Ernie, but it's been quite the opposite. He is more cuddly, and loving than ever. I'm so thankful to Joe and how he impacted mine and Ernies relationship and my general day to day life! Can't recommend his training enough.

We first discovered Logic Driven Canine through an instagram friend whose dogs had all trained with Joe, and immediately contacted him after seeing how well trained they were. At the time our first dog was about 6 months old and while she didn't have any major behavior issues, her leash walking and confidence both needed a lot of work (pulling on the leash to the point of almost passing out, fear of leaving our property). We waited until she was about 8 months old to do the off leash program with LDC and it changed our lives! We were not only able to go on longer walks, but she could also enjoy off leash freedom which we both love! When we got our second dog a year and a half later, we knew we would want to make the same investment in his training. He had similar challenges with the leash, but less issues with pulling and more challenges with confidence/fear (crying/refusing to leave our property for walks). We decided to do a 2 week puppy program and while he went in with a decent foundation of some basic commands, he came back much more confident and engaged, with the ability to go for walks and heel even with some distractions. We are definitely planning to do the off-leash program when he's old enough so that he can enjoy the same freedom as his sister! We're so grateful for Joe and the LDC team and highly recommend checking them out!

Sending our 3 year-old black lab mix to Joe and Logic Driven Canine was the best decision we've made since adopting our Niko! We highly recommend Joe and his team! Niko was having issues on the leash - always pulling us in the direction he wanted to go in, laying down when he would see another dog approaching us and simply not listening. He was very reactive when the door bell would ring and it would be impossible to hold him back and calm him down. All those issues were fixed after Niko's 4 week boarding training with Joe! Joe and his team are very professional, personable and trustworthy. Joe exposed Niko to multiple settings and situations that we would have never been able to put him in before. We can now take Niko everywhere with us and not have to worry about him being reactive in public and with strangers all thanks to Joe!
