Logic Driven Canine Training

Unbelievable results! We sent our 1-year-old Weimaraner puppy Maggie to Logic Driven Canine Training for a 4-week board-and-train program with Joe and we could not be happier with the results. Her on-leash behavior and walking went from a pulling/dragging nightmare (no fun at 50 lbs) to a perfectly calm and behaved dog walking at my pace, on my hip. Off leash, Maggie's recall is now automatic; playing fetch, her ball release is exactly when and where I want it, rather than the annoying negotiation it used to be. Most importantly, all of this was accomplished by Joe without changing Maggie's demeanor or joyous spirit at all; she is the same sweet, happy, loving puppy she always was, just now well behaved and responsive to commands. The day Joe dropped Maggie off and walked us through her transformation, we immediately signed up our 7-year-old Weim Olivia for the same program to correct some bad habits that have developed over the years. We can not recommend Joe and Logic Driven Canine Training strongly enough. What a great experience and truly amazing results.

After lessons, private trainers and past years experience, Joe and Marisa, Logic Driven Canine Training, turned our nightmare Cujo 9 month old puppy into Prime Time Joy❣️ We can take him anywhere, inside, outside, on leash, off leash . Marisa brought him home, after 4 weeks board/training, beyond happy and taught us how to work with him. He just boarded there 2 weeks while we were away, and came home happy and delightful as ever! I cannot rave enough about Joe and Logic Driven Canine. We sent our very spoiled cockapoo to Joe when he was 1.5 years old. We had absolutely failed at training and we had a dog that basically did what ever he wanted. We loved him but there were times his behavior was difficult. Our dog returned and the small changes Joe instilled have made our lives so much better. Our pup stays in place, doesn’t bark, doesn’t jump on guests when they arrive and walks without pulling. Do not hesitate- just send your pup to Logic. You will not regret it!

I cannot express how much Logic Driven Canine has positively impacted our lives and our mini golden doodle, Bailey! He has been the best version of himself since he came home. He walks at our side, listens attentively at home, goes to his place when we say, and now interacts so well with our children. He doesn't grab anything from the floor anymore either! He's also been incredible off-leash on our property and recalls well. He also stopped running after cars and being reactive on the leash. Marisa was excellent and trained him incredibly. He has become such a joy to have in our home and to talk with on walks, and he is a loving member of our family. I am so thankful we decided to send him to Logic Driven Canine.

I was in desperate need of assistance with my Dobie and searched out trainers who would help me communicate better with my boy and meet his needs. Arlo was 8 months old when he started his 4 week off leash training with Marissa and Joe at Logic Driven Canine. I think Arlo is still in puppy love with Marissa! In our case, it was pretty clear allowing Arlo to stay at the facility for the month was the correct call as much as it pained me to be away from him that long (don’t worry he still remembered me)! Arlo struggled with boundaries and I struggled holding to them; not realizing I was in fact telling him what he did wrong was correct. I am my grandparents care giver so it was essential we got a grip on his jumping, mouthing, stealing off the counter, *staying calm* and helping him feel confident, not anxious, and being able to have my boy in public behaving and walking well. Marissa addressed all my concerns and took amazing care of Arlo (he even came in with a lump that needed compresses and monitoring). Both Marissa and Joe are dog whisperers, figuring out the best type of training that suited Arlo, as different dogs need different tools. Any time I reached out, I got an update. I also made sure not to take advantage of that perk! Marissa took Arlo into different towns to desensitize him, hiking, had him interacting with other dogs at the facility, utilized their treadmills and even had cuddle times as Arlo is a big mush once he knows you. Arlo got a cute graduation ceremony and came back a much calmer dog, has great recall off leash, walks next to me on leash, stopped jumping on my grandparents. It is important to stress that training is not one and done. You are provided with an at home reunion and training and two more sessions for touch ups in the package. But it is up to us as owners to invest our time and continue the training these professionals VERY diligently ingrained in our pups. Logic continues to be helpful with questions that arise and offer single sessions when needed. If you’re on the fence about enrolling your fur baby, take the leap - you won’t regret it!
