About Logically Canine: Dog Training & Dog Boarding

Logically Canine offers one-on-one training for you & your dog with the understanding that no two dogs are the same. Using positive reinforcement techniques, we provide a safe & comfortable environment with dog friends who can lead by example. We also provide boarding with a difference and a Board & Train program. Your dog can live in a home environment & be a part of our family and routine, unlike most boarding services where the dogs live in a separate facility. Our owner is an evaluator through the American Kennel Club & a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers.

We feel so lucky to have found Kelsey and Logically Canine. We use her services for both boarding and private training, and couldn’t recommend her more for both. We feel so much comfort leaving our pup with her when we leave town, and it’s clear he is well taken care of and happy to be there. Kelsey is great at understanding each dog’s personality and ensuring the boarding pack is a good environment. Plus, she takes the best pictures! For training, we have seen such an improvement in our dog’s leash reactivity and greetings with strangers. She’s great at breaking down behaviors into actionable steps for us to take and always answers questions kindly and thoroughly. Our dog’s mindset has already improved remarkably after just a few sessions. Kelsey is also very responsive, flexible, and has a great communication style.

Kelsey is an excellent trainer. She's clearly highly skilled with dogs and a terrific teacher. Kind, great sense of humor and gives excellent directions. Her class was extremely effective and fun.

Logically Canine trained our dog Midnight during a 20 day stay. It was a wonderful experience and my wife and I were partners through the entire process. Our dog is happier and we are too!

Our dog is highly leash reactive and we moved to a new environment not long ago. We’ve been working with Kelsey and getting her much more comfortable. She’s made good progress and we have learned new tools and techniques to help us all. Kelsey really knows her dogs. Our dog loves her very much and is at ease with her. We trust her judgement and will continue more training with her.
