Logically Canine: Dog Training & Dog Boarding

I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey and Logically Canine!! She has helped me and both of my dogs tremendously. I've learned so much from her and seen such a positive change in my dogs. Not to mention they both love her also!! Kelsey is patient and very thorough in her training style. Not only does she help me understand what she wants me to do but also why she wants me to do it. She takes the time to listen to what I want from them and work with me to get those results. Kelsey is extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their dogs, she is hands down the best in the business!

I adopted my dog Rhys on New Years Eve 2022 and we started working with Kelsey right away. She was recommended to me by a friend who boards her dogs with Kelsey and I am so thankful to have found her. I went ahead and did a 4 session package and so far we have had 3/4 sessions. Kelsey has trailered our sessions to fit our wants and needs and has helped me navigate what I am looking to achieve with Rhys. She is very clear when explaining what we are doing, demonstrates in a way I can grasp, and is happy to answer my billion questions. I also love seeing how happy Rhys is to see Kelsey, he gets his wiggle butt on, and she is barley able to take a photo of him for her Instagram. I have worked with multiple trainers in the past with my previous dog Finn (In both Connecticut and North Carolina – we used to live there) so I was very picky as I have had plenty of good and bad experiences. Kelsey is at the top of my list, and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a trainer in the area! I am hoping to sign Rhys up for a group class this summer as I think we would both have a blast.

Logically Canine eased all of my worries from past bad experiences with boarding. My dogs happily wag their tails as they greet Kelsey in the driveway and they are greeted back with big smiles. The dogs were well-rested and content when I picked them up. I have two rescue dogs that often boarders are reluctant to take. Because of Logically Canine, I was able to feel relaxed and confident that my dogs were being well cared for. I will definitely use Logically Canine again.

We have been utilizing the services of Logically Canine, LLC (both for training and boarding) for about a year. Kelsey is AMAZING!! My 9 yr old gives her a 10 out of 10 "Our dog is SO MUCH BETTER!" he says. As a trainer, Kelsey evaluated our pups behavior, listened to what we wanted to work on and put a plan in place to make it happen. It happened! Our pup is very prey driven and would flee every chance he got with relatively no listening skills. Today, he is able to roam freely, knows his boundaries, and listens on command (mostly - with continuous progress). Our pup also loves sleepovers at Logically Canine! He is so happy to go and equally happy to see us when we come back! This is how I know that he is well care for while we are away.
