After we got our high energy puppy in 2021, I knew I was going to need some help so I called Travis! He helped us and has continued to help us with Blazer. Blazer is such an amazing dog and a joy to be around and we couldn’t have gotten him to this point without Travis’s guidance. After we lost our older dog a few months ago, Blazer had a lot of setbacks and increased anxiety. So I called Travis back to help us bring our happy boy back to us! Training with Blazer is never ending and we continue to grow and learn to help Blazer in new areas and situations. I have the best dog ever and I couldn’t be happier.

I have attended 3 training programs and recommend Lone Star K9 Companion for all of your dog training needs (65lb Shepherd Mix and 9lb Chiweenie). Travis is a fun, intelligent trainer that will put your dog first and show you how to be a better dog owner/parent. He is patient and kind with the humans, and takes time to explain the whys and the why nots of his program. I suggest giving him a try, as the program is very reasonable considering the time and attention he is providing. If nothing more, take the basic obedience program at the next offering, to get some bonding time outside of the home with your dog. You won’t regret it.
