Do you offer boarding?
We sure do! Our enrichment focused boarding services are perfect for dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, and temperaments. Each day our guests are offered adventures (ex. nature walks, river swims), activities (agility/obstacle course work, time in the scent room), and group play or 1-1 play. We believe that fulfilled dogs are happy dogs and happy dogs are our specialty. Most of our services are all inclusive, but we also offer some basic upgrades to boarding such as basic training, intentional socialization, specialty treats or activities upon request.

We are located in the heart of the Central Valley, California in Lemoore California near the Lemoore Naval Air Station. Our in-home boarding and training facility is situated on 11 acres of fenced in land and is designed specifically for your canine companion. Heather has been wonderful. Every visit we’ve had with our Ginger has shown progress. Our family has utilized all the knowledge she has shared to train our dog and help her succeed. I 100% recommend Long Dog, Inc. for anyone that wants tailored instruction from a very knowledgeable place.
I would not trust our dog with anyone else. At Long Dog, our fur baby is not just kept in a sterile kennel. She is able to play and learn. She gets the opportunity to play with other dogs and build on her skills. Heather and her staff are caring, kind, and amazing with our dog. We moved to Tennessee a couple of years ago, and sadly we tragically lost him to IVDD a short time ago. A few weeks ago we filled the hole in our heart with a super sweet tiny boy from Georgia. We call him Mr. Merrick. (He’s gonna be a southern gentleman.. That’s the plan) I was fortunate to get back together with Heather, the greatest dog trainer ever, on a visit back to central California for a refresher on puppy brains. I’m looking forward to building on the tools and recommendations she shared. And I always enjoy the great conversations we have about dogs. She’s an expert. So glad we connected again. I had heard about Heather Thomas and her dog training and boarding kennels. We decided to try it out for our golden retriever. Loved the open spaces and good sized pens. Heather takes the dogs on walks during the day. Our dog loved the place; she didn't race to the car to leave! I recommend Long Dog Kennels and Heather with training dogs!
