Lower Lassen K-9 Training and Shasta Dog Training

Best decision we have made for our puppers!! We have an 8 month old XL Pitbull who was needing some help with obedience and manners. Debbi has been amazing! Rooster has learned so much in 3 lessons already. Debbi is so patient with all of my questions and is really good at explaining things. She leads by example and has made such a wonderful connection with our boy. I’m excited to keep the momentum going for him! Worth every penny!

If you are looking for a place to train your Puppy/Dog, Lower Lassen K9 is a great place. The owner takes early training experienced, seriously, and very professional. She teaches you how to train with fun and order. She also does boarding and club time. Club time is when she has trained and knows your dog is ready, will have you do a training that has other dogs around. At that time your dog learns to pay attention to you while other dogs and people are around. I truly am grateful to have found a great trainer. She has shown my family and I how to care for our dog and keep him safe while we are out and about.

We needed some help with our Australian Shepherd and we did the board and train option at Lower Lassen K-9 in Shingletown, California and it was the best decision we ever made. Worth every penny. We even signed up to do the weekly dog club after the training period was up. We go up on Saturdays for a couple hours and keep her brushed up on her skills and ours too. We have even boarded her there recently so we could go on a trip. I would recommend this facility and trainer to anyone looking for help with their dog!

This was one of the most positive experiences of my life. I had always been very fearful of dogs. But due to many issues in my family's health, I thought maybe getting a dog would help bring some happiness to everyone else. It just so happened that a large 1 1/2 year old mutt had been wandering for over 2 months in the winter during the cold and well I thought maybe this was the sign. So I to my families shock and joy adopted Buddy and immediately signed up for lessons at Lower Lassen K9. The facilities are just beautiful set in yhe cool pines of Shingletown. Debra Miller saw right away that I needed much more training than my dog. With endless patience and much encouragement I went thru the 6 week course very successfully! My dog loved every minute. We bonded and I miraculously lost my fear of all dogs. I loved doing the training so much I signed up for another session. Just because going there and learning with Buddy was the most empowering and fun I ever had. I highly recommend this place. My dog is do well behaved people always comment when we go out.

Very impressed, started with an evaluation of my dog and Debi was amazing, straightforward and super informative. I signed up for 6 sessions and have been amazed at the change in my dog already, Debi has trained both he and I and it has been exactly what we needed. I am more confident and comfortable in handling him and he is no longer shaky and anxious and has been able to begin learning his tasks as a service dog. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
