Loyal Canines

Initially thought this place was going to be great- sent an email asking for help for our 3 yr old mixed breed rescue, she’s always been timid but has become more reactive towards other dogs recently and even lunged at a child for the first time a few weeks ago. This obviously has made me very nervous especially since we just had a baby and want to do whatever we can to make our space safe for everyone. Anyway, I reached out explaining my situation and spoke with Jay over the phone. He was very nice and we set up a time for me to bring my dog in for an evaluation so see how he can help. Brought my dog in for the evaluation and a day of bootcamp which costs 100$ not to mention it was only for 4 hours. When I came to pick my dog up Jay was busy which is understandable. It’s a busy place. And the lady who brought out my dog didn’t have much to say besides that my dog did well and said that Jay would reach out to be about how she did and what her plan should be for training. After that, nothing. No phone call for a few days and I reached back out to Jay via email a few days later. And no response. Nothing. At this point I feel like he probably doesn’t even remember my dog to give me a true evaluation and I feel like I just wasted my time and money.
