Loyalty and Legacy

I was unpleased with the training I was already receiving somewhere else when I found galaxy trainings profile online. I contacted jade she called me back the same day and we were able to set up training. I have a very hectic schedule. Jade was willing to work my puppies training on my terms at my convenience. I couldn’t be happier with results!! She is dedicated and willing to serve the needs of the dogs and the human. Even after our training sessions ended she has been available to answer questions and help with socialization and retraining a when needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with her dedication and passion for her work!

Jade is the best and always my top choice for boarding my dogs! I know she will be attentive, exercise them thoroughly, and socialize them with other dogs and people that she feels they would do well with. I trust that my dogs will be safe in her care. The first time we brought our dogs to board, our German Shepherd got really stressed out and ended up needing to go to the vet. Jade kept us in the loop every step of the way, asked us what vet we preferred her to take him to, and took care of him until we , including giving him a bath so we wouldn’t have to do it at home. After this happened I knew I could trust her with anything that came up with the dogs while in her care. I really can’t say enough good things about her and her business!

My Aussie and I have been working with Jade since he was a pup. This is my second year with her and she has worked wonders with his dog reactivity. Covid really limited his social interactions during his puppy years and he had become fearful and very reactive with other dogs. He is only able to play with his doggy brother and sister. Because of Jade’s knowledge, patience and hard work, Joey has been able to go on pack walks with her other clients. While Joey isn’t perfect and may not be able to actually interact with other dogs, his reactivity is now controlled and his confidence as well as mine has gone up immensely. Jade takes the time with the dog and the owner(s) to make sure everyone understands and is able to confidently work through the learning process. She is a hands on instructor and is very knowledgeable in this area of training. She makes the learning and training process fun! Joey and I would be a complete disaster if it was not for Jade.

Jade has done an exceptional job helping me train my Pitbull and my stubborn Great Pyrenees mix. They were puppies together and taught each other a lot of bad habits. Jade has been instrumental in helping me deal with behavior issues and to help with obedience commands. We are currently working on off leash work. Jade has gone above and beyond when I went on vacation. She helped my elderly parents manage the pups. I highly recommend Galaxy Dog Training!
