I dropped Bellatrix off for a four-week board and train program, and I knew from the start that it would take a lot of work to get her even close to where I needed her to be. Belle is a reactive dog. People and other dogs scare her, and it got to the point where we had to carry her in all public places, even just to get to the car. Jade and her team accomplished what I truly thought was impossible. Belle is now able to walk on a leash, and if she sees something she doesn’t like, she knows to “leave it.” What was originally supposed to be a four-week training turned into seven weeks because Belle was learning slowly, but Jade kept us updated and made sure she progressed at her own pace. When we went for the consultation, Jade’s honesty was very blunt, but it was exactly what my fiancé and I needed to hear. She explained her opinions clearly and shared the reasoning behind them.
