I met Jerrid on one of his outings and spoke with him about training my 10 week old Irish Setter when he was old enough. The change in 2 weeks was amazing. The continued support and advice is priceless. The training videos make me comfortable knowing my baby was well taken care of. I am so impressed that I am having my 5 year old Catulhua to training. I must be very satisfied to be a repeat customer.

Having adopted a mixed breed small 12 pound dog, app. 4 yrs. old only a couple months ago I was having a terrible time trying to control him especially in public places with other dogs and strangers. Lunging, hackles up, snarling, barking and completely uncontrollable where just a few of his many bad traits. I don't believe he ways ever treated well or taught any type of obedience training. I didn't want to see him cause a lawsuit from biting nor did I want to give him up. I do really like him but something had to change in the dog and me. I contacted Loyalty Canine, met the owner Jerrid Cutter, and was assured my dog could be corrected of bad habits and learn basic obedience. I placed Oscar with Loyalty Canine in their board and train program. A two week course, and I received via computer daily updates and videos of Oscar as he was being trained. Yesterday Oscar was ready to graduate and I met Jerrid to go over what I needed to learn and do, and worked with Oscar. The positive attitude changes and knowing basic obedience commands, voice and hand are amazing. Now its my turn to follow thru and reinforce his training, with Jerrid always available to give guidance and knowledge. Its a two way street the dog and you both have to be on the same page at all times. I could not be happier with the results and Jerrid and his company Loyalty Canine Services. Oscar is even happier that he can please me. Everyone at Loyalty Canine Services will be a friend for a very long time Thank You Jerrid!!

Jerrid was excellent to deal with from the first time we spoke. He was always kind and very respectful and super receptive to the minor issues we were having with behaviors. He kept Waverly, our 9mo. old Labradoodle for two weeks and he came back a whole new level of good boy. We were able to track his training every day with the videos Jerrid sent us from his back yard, walking through Lowe’s and strolls through the courthouse. The most important part to me was the constant communication, even after Waverly came home. Everything was perfectly explained to us starting out and he was very thorough with explaining our next steps at home to continue the training ourselves. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer and caregiver for our boy.

I was referred to Loyalty Canine Services by a co-worker and was nervous about sending Cody, my Labradoodle, away to a 2-week train and board. Jerrid was very responsive to all my questions and fully explained the training program. He sent pictures and videos during the board and fully explained the commands when he returned Cody. I am so glad I decided to send him! He came back much calmer and very well behaved. I highly recommend Loyalty Canine Services!
