Lucky Star Dog Training

We sent our 6 month old golden retriever to Jen and Aaron for a 3-week board and train. They did such an amazing job training him and keeping us updated on his progress. We got tons of updates with pictures and descriptions of how he was doing which we loved. We picked him up and he is a perfectly trained dog! He walks right by our side, can stay on his place for long periods of time, really knows the meaning of sit/down/no, and is still his sweet goofy self. I highly recommend them to any dog owner!

I tell anyone that will listen, if you have a fur baby send them to Lucky Star! My Aussie (1.5 yrs and previously trained) was so bad during his last walk that I had to pick him up. My Golden (1yrs) was just so untrained that I didnt take him on walks. I just took them to the dog parks and let them have fun. This program was an absolute game changer! It changed my whole relationship with them. I LOVE taking them on walks, spending time with them, and having them. I appreciate everything Jennifer has done with them.

Wow! Jen is a miracle worker. When we first got our black lab puppy, we tried tackling training on our own. However, our puppy, Murphy, seemed to have her own plans. Her energy and excitement for life was out of control, and she had very little control on her impulses when it came to other people and dogs. Since training, she is the same sweet puppy, but has much better avenues for channeling her energy and controlling her impulses. Walks are a breeze, and Murphy can be completely off-leash with no issues. She heels perfectly and responds to every command immediately. In our home she seems to be much less stressed, as she has a clear grasp on what how she's supposed to be behaving at all times and more of a "purpose" in life. The training with Jen is priceless. It has already massively improved our quality of life, and Murphy will have so many more freedoms cause we can take her everywhere - the mutual trust we now have with our dog is priceless.
