Jen is the best trainer hands down! She changed everything for us with our Bulldog Cricket. It’s so simple to follow the easy instructions to keep things running smoothly now that Cricket is back from training. I was worried I’d have a million different things to learn for myself when I picked her up but nope! Easy instructions and just a few simple commands to use. Insanely easy, so I will be able to stick with it at home no problem! Cricket running out the door or into the street. Not coming when called or when she smelled something and wouldn’t even look our way when calling her. Chasing after cows, chasing after horses, even deer. Super frustrating and dangerous given the right circumstance. I really didn’t think this kind of calm control was possible. Cricket is so eager to listen and learn now. Always attentive and she’s doing really well at home. It’s so nice not to have to be worried about her scrambling to get out of an open door or jumping on people when they come over or starting fights with our older Bulldog. I highly recommend Jennifer’s board and train program. It is thorough, easy and it was just amazing the difference in Cricket when I picked her up and had our after training lessen with Jen. I couldn’t believe this was the same dog. I tried to do a lot of things at home on my own and just couldn’t get behavior dialed in. I’m really glad after researching for a couple of months on Professional dog trainers, that I went with Jennifer & Lucky Star. Please give her a call if you’re looking for help. We had a great experience with Lucky Star Dog Training. Before training, our 9-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer was super rambunctious, hard to control, and tough to walk without pulling. Since training he’s very responsive to general commands and actually enjoyable to take on walks. What really stood out was how well they handled his transition back home. The trainers followed up with us daily and provided practical feedback and tips to make sure we kept the training going, which made a big difference. Our whole family is happier, including our dog, now that he has structure and boundaries. Highly recommend Lucky Star!

It’s hard to communicate how life changing it is when you have a well trained dog that listens and understands what you want them to do. Your entire house feels less chaotic and the experience of owning a dog is exponentially better. We have an awesome golden retriever who really didn’t need too much except some training in making the right decision, and some additional training that would make us more comfortable when we were in a public setting. We got so much more than that and I would recommend Aaron and Jen to anyone. It’s too bad they don’t work with teenagers :) We definitely feel like we have started a long term relationship with people that have our dog’s best interests at heart, and their training has literally changed our life.
