Gina was really great! From the first moment of the process till the very end, everything went smoothly. I hate snakes, so it was not a fun experience for me to have to be anywhere near rattle snakes, but Gina made the whole process as painless as it could be for us. She's professional and makes sure the job is done right. She won't let you go if she thinks your dog hasn't learned what they should and she's very patient and kind. So far we've done our initial RAT course and the refresher RAT to generalize our little girl to snakes everywhere and we'll be doing another one again next year to keep up her training. I highly recommend Gina and her group at Ma and Paw Kennel. They're friendly and knowledgeable and have snacks and water and shade for when you're waiting. Great operation!
