Interesting experience. The down sides were I had to wait a long time (over an hour in the hot sun with my dog) until my training started....they schedule a bunch of people all at the same hour, and they take you in order of arrival....so even though you have a 2PM appointment, you may have to wait until 3:00. Just be ready for that. Other than that, I think it was fairly valuable, as my dog did seem to learn the signs of rattle snakes.

I scheduled a appointment and prepaid (mistake). I showed up on time at the appropriate location on time and nobody was there. They didn't have the courtesy to inform me that they canceled the event. I had to call them from the event to be told they canceled. They told me they had emailed me but I never got an email about the cancellation. I did get the three emails confirming and reminding me of the appointment. They also never disclosed that there was an additional fee to enter the park where the event was scheduled. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. Not a very professional company.
