Brook is an excellent dog trainer. My dog loved her. I was amazed each time I picked him up how much he had learned. She gives advice generously and answers texts right away. The fact that she was trained as a vet is a bonus; she could give reassurance about my little new Mom worries. She has a broad knowledge base and explains things well so you really understand what to do at home. She is trustworthy, kind and highly skilled. I highly recommend her.

Palm Springs Animal Training and Brooke exceeded my every expectation. I wanted a dog to assist me in my practice as an LMFT who works with anxiety and trauma and depression. I wasn’t really sure it was possible to train a dog to identify human triggers. After about six months of training, I was not expecting much, but I went into a meeting, separate from my practice, where a man started having a panic attack. I thought it was going to be me who had to address his symptoms. Imagine how surprised I was when my dog took over. She recognized the physical symptoms before I did, gently walked over to him and put her nose on his hand, waited and then put her nose on his cheek. I was flabbergasted. His symptoms decreased immediately. If you are looking for a dog trainer you must already understand the benefits of having these furry friends in our lives.
