Majestic Dog Training

Brooke has helped us with two training sessions for our rescue pup Miley, a one year old terrier mix. The first addressed leash walking under control and the second focused on meeting other dogs without being exuberantly playful. In each case she worked first with Miley and then with us and the dog together. Brooke emphasized the importance of impulse control and teaching the dog to watch and listen for commands. Her instructions were clear, and Miley has continued to improve with regular practice. I have responded “not sure” about the price, because we haven’t used other dog trainers so I have nothing to compare with. Brooke clearly knows and loves dogs. I trust her judgment and her recommendations.

After deciding to keep an abandoned Rottweiler/pitbull mix, I soon realized I needed help with her reactivity to other dogs & excessive leash pulling and Brooke with Majestic Training was recommended to me. Brooke’s method of training with kindness & patience has paid off in just a few sessions. She makes the training process fun for my dog, Kaia, who just adores Brooke. Brooke has also trained ME on how to work with Kaia while making it an enjoyable experience. As a result, Kaia no longer pulls me on leash and, if she “catches” a scent, it’s now easy to get her back on track. Her reactivity to other dogs has improved a lot as we continue to build on her progress with Brooke. Brooke’s positivity training is paying off for both myself & Kaia. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend Majestic Training.
