Where does the training take place?
We do in-home dog training AT YOUR HOUSE or if you are outside of our drive range (typically 30 min) then we will meet you at a local park! We also do board and train where your dog will stay with us at our headquarters location!

Great question! We are able to fix 98% of issues in 1 - 3 weeks, but ultimately it depends on what your goals are for your dog. We can give you a better time frame after we meet you and your dog at the first $.50 lesson!

I’d definitely want to give 0 stars to Epic if I could! Reason being is— I called Epic and their voicemail instructs me to the text that same number (which I JT— the same guy that hooked us at the fair) I called to get into contact with them which I did. Someone from Epic reached out to me the following morning, booked me for a 50-cent ZOOM lesson for the following week (which I took off by the way!) But the morning of my lesson, one of the staff from Epic called and ask to reschedule me, ok fine I understand things happen, no problem right? But THEN the day of the rescheduled lesson/meeting, NOBODY contacted me with the ZOOM link, nor did anyone call or text which is frustrating because once again, I took time off for the lesson/meeting! That same day I contacted Epic once again, and they said they’d get to the bottom of it and figure out what’s going on. I have texted JT twice again since then and still no word from any one of them. I understand that maybe they’re swamped with other customers but having this happen over a span of 1.5 months is insane! Customer service could use some improvement!
