They come to your home and train via shock collar. They charged me $800, and said they would send a trainer once per week for about an hour, until trained. On the second "lesson" the trainer zapped our puppy with a training collar so hard that he yelped... twice. In the following days, the mere sight of the collar would cause the dog to run to the farthest corner of the house and cower under a computer desk. Personality damaged, in my opinion. The 3rd lesson lasted about 15 minutes, because we weren't very happy. Sent emails and called, with no response. We asked for a portion of our $800 back, but they sent a notice saying "training complete". I am so glad that we didn't choose to "board" Koda there to learn because from what I can see, their methods are cruel.

Tyler is a miracle worker! We did one-on-one training with him and we saw results pretty much immediately. I can finally enjoy walks with my dog without him dragging me down the street or barking at everything on sight. I couldn’t have done it without Tyler and the Make Your Dog Epic team. I was honestly surprised at the prices too. It’s 100% worth it.
