Maligators Dog Training

We my husband and I came to them because we have a fear, reactive dog. They said they would set him up for success. He already came knowing his commands I had already trained him. He was fine in their warehouse with them. So they said we should go to group training that he needs confidence. They promised they would not put him there another reactive dog. We quit the program right away after I got a dog behind me and dogs in front of me and he was growling that is called reaction and she said he wasn’t reacting. Christine said he was not. growling is reacting and this was before class even started. They are not trained for fear, reactive or aggressive dogs. I tried to call her over to explain to her. I did not want my dog in that situation, but I had to yell from acrossed because she wouldn’t come close to me because she was busy talking to other people before class. This was urgent. She yelled I needed to calm down. I was the problem not my dog in front of 20 people at least. That’s not how you treat your customers. I told her husband she will not be a little me in front of people and think it’s OK. Her husband told her that I called her a B word I did not. I said you will not be a little me and talk to me like a little b. And abruptly quit because that is not a right fit, it took three days for me to call my dog down and to be able to take him outside again after that situation. They canceled on private classes when I kept trying to send them off that they owed me two of. They have now said they will pay me $300 for the two classes that they didn’t keep appointments for and I sent them my address and I have not yet received any money and it’s been a week and a half. They said they would set my dog up for success. They Omie more money than 300 they should have told me they were not trained for behavioral dogs when I explained to them that he was a Behavioral Dog. So if you have a dog with behavior problems, this is not your company when it’s reactivity. If you have a dog that just wants typical training for their probably your company special dogs like mine need a Behavioral list and I wish they would’ve just told me that instead of me spending so much money that comes very hard for us.
