MALS K-9 is so amazing. They are working with two of my dogs and within only two sessions there was such a major difference! One of the dogs has PTSD and lacked so much confidence in himself. But now he is doing so much better and I look forward to the day he will hold his head high and proud as he struts along, and it will be all thanks to the wonderful people of MALS K-9. Once these dogs have graduated from Master Obedience Training, one of them will continue training to be an official service dog. MALS never gives up on these babies and will do what it takes to get them where they need to be. If you’ve ever thought about professional dog training for your dog, please consider them first. SICS-USA - MALS K9's Environmental Tactical Awareness Class far exceeded my expectations. One of my son's and I went thru both the Basic and Advanced classes together. The Basic is not a handgun carry permit class though it touches on several aspects of concealed carrying. The class teaches gun safety of course which is of the utmost importance along with basic CPR, tourniquet application, and some basic self-defense. After covering the basics of handgun safety then adding rifle in the advanced, we had the opportunity for hands-on drills on the range before ever firing a live round. Once we began shooting it started with basic straight-line to ensure good pistol grip, sight-alignment, trigger squeeze and different holds to ensure the gun is always pointed in a safe direction. This helped us establish the basics of pistol shooting prior to adding movement in the Advanced class, which we really enjoyed. I just thought I was in good shape. Moving through the range, being timed and scoring accuracy really amp'd up the experience along with my heart rate. Great experience! Would highly recommend.

I rescued a frightened husky dog that was broken and let down by humans. She was 80% shutdown. I had heard about mals k9 from a friend and knew I had to try it out. This dog deserved a chance to improve her self esteem and regain trust in some humans again. It's been a long journey that still isn't over but she has come around so much. She loves life again thanks to Mike and lori. I also had the pleasure of attending their firearms class that helped reboost my confidence in the firearms I carry. As a single middle aged grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters and a non verbal autistic grandson i needed to be able to learn how to protect us if the need arises.
