FirstBarkThe ladies were very nice and assuring that Winniepooh was progressing every day. However, after the 4 week day training, and $,$$$ exhausted, we were right back where we started, a very sweet puppy with no manners.

I cannot thank Jillian, Sydnie, and all of the trainers enough for their work with my Shuggie. Not only has Shuggie made leaps and bounds in transforming out of reactivity and aggression tendencies, but I am a much more confident and educated owner/ dog mom. Understand that you’ll personally have some retraining of your own bad habits to do and it’s very important to follow through on the homework! We successfully participated in their Board and Train Program and I cannot recommend this investment enough if you are wanting to set your new puppy off to an excellent start or in my case, modify, train, and socialize, your reactive dog. I had looked at a lot of other trainers in years prior before finding Mannered Mutts, but I quickly knew during my consultation with Jillian, that this was the right fit. We have since moved out of Bloomington, but I make the drive anytime he needs boarded, because he loves his people there and I know they provide excellent care and stimulation while mom’s away. I have an anxious and reactive rescue and working with Mannered Mutts has been amazing. They weren't deterred by my pup at all and have been willing to help every step of the way. We did a 5 week day program and then have had a couple refresher days since. Once you do a program with them, you can also board with them. It is great to have a team that already knows and cares about my pup to look after her when I leave town.

Mannered Mutts has been excellent with us and for our puppy. They treat her with so much care and it's evident because she loves going in for boarding and training to play with the staff and the other dogs. They've given us the skills we need to ensure that we can keep her and others safe so that she can live the kind of life that gives her the most freedom and happiness possible. She's so well-behaved, responsive, and attuned to the commands she knows and people notice! People comment on how well-trained she is everywhere we take her. I'm always quick to tell them that it wouldn't have been possible without Mannered Mutts.
