Mannerly Mutts Maine Dog Obedience Training

Chewbacca learned to be a very good boy by spending time at Mannerly Mutts in York Maine. Robin Ruben’s brilliant training program helped both Chewie and our whole family! Chewie sits stays, shakes and touches like lots of other good dogs. But he is also trained off leash for trail walks, heels perfectly walking along the beach and using the ‘place’ command understands when it is time to lay quietly and be calm. I especially love how Robin ensures the dogs she trains through her programs have adequate socialization and know how to behave in public settings. What a difference a well trained dog makes! Thank you Robin and Robert! I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a well trained canine companion.

A game changer! I can take my dog anywhere with confidence. Mannerly Mutts is amazing. I’ve trained 4 dogs there. The dog comes back happy confident and very well behaved. They come, stay, heal, place, down and sit. And for the last 2 dogs they taught my dogs to ring a bell when they need to go outside! To be fair the dog’s behavior will slowly decay to whatever level I chose to maintain. But Robin takes the time to train the owner and creates videos that help me reinforce good behavior. So it really is up to me.
