FirstBarkBest Dog & Customer Experience! We board our large breed (and anxious) pup at Maple Leaf K9. The staff takes amazing care of our dog and understands and accommodates his special needs.The facility is gorgeous and easy to get to/park. We couldn’t be happier with our (multiple) boarding experiences and dog training at Maple Leaf and truly are so appreciate of Lyra, Ross and their team.

After struggling to find the right daycare for our dog, Crash, we contacted Maple Leaf K9 in October for training. Their prompt response led to a consultation with Ross, who presented various options. We chose the Board and Train Program, initially hesitant about the week-long separation. However, Ross thoroughly explained the process, and we felt supported throughout the 4-week program. Weekly updates and take-home lessons kept us involved, and Ross was always available. We highly recommend Ross and the Board and Train program. We're grateful that Ross and Lyra continue to welcome Crash weekly and support us. We can’t recommend Maple Leaf K9 enough! Now that they have opened a Maple Leaf K9, we couldn’t be more thrilled. Their care, dedication, and enriching activities leave Zeezie happy, calm, and fulfilled every time. Can’t recommend Lyra enough! She worked with my dog at previous doggy daycare and my dog loves her. She goes above and beyond to communicate what is going on for my dog at her place. I appreciate her being able to tell me that my dog actually is super anxious in the environment and believes that my dog would do better in a different setting. I have worked in the pet industry for a few years and had the absolute pleasure of working with Lyra for several months in the past and witnessing some of the awesome work that Ross does with his doggie clients. I learned so much and it has helped me become a better dog groomer AND a better dog mom. That’s why I signed my dogs up for their services at Maple Leaf K9 as soon as possible! Their patience, care, and dedication cannot be matched. I know when I drop my dogs off at their beautiful and clean facility, that they are in the best hands. Lyra and Ross are incredibly knowledgeable with over 25 years combined experience, and still constantly absorbing information to continue strengthening their skill-set and keep growing as dog professionals. They are intelligent, personable, and honest. I am deeply thankful for the work they do with my girls and how they treat all of their clients like family.
