Marvel K9 | Dog Training Academy

Their training has changed our life and our dog (Honey) for the better! My wife and I were looking for a place to have Honey receive behavior and confidence training. After a long search, we decided to go with Marvel K-9. Best. Decision. Ever. Not only did she receive training, but she came out a calmer more controllable dog. Honey had received training previously and the trainer suggested we avoid traveling or leaving her. For the past 3 years we have been practicing avoidance. This was leading to more mischievous behavior and she began to bark at everything that moved. Honey had a hard time seeing other dogs, resulting in her pulling on the leash. During the consult, Erne (owner of Marvel K-9), spotted Honey's issues and told us she would need behavior modification. This board and train was exactly what we were looking for to help us gain confidence in bringing Honey on our family outings. Honey has done a 180 since taking her to Marvel K-9. She listens to commands, heels, and can encounter other dogs with no problem. I continually recommend them to coworkers and friends with dogs that are, "hard to handle." This experience took Honey from a cute dog with a wild side to a well behaved, wonderful, and acclimated member of our family. We take Honey back for Marvel K-9's boarding program to continually get refresher training when we are away. They even gave us homework to help better communicate with Honey. Well worth the investment!

I adopted my dog, Emma, one year ago. I signed her up for the advanced off leash board n train and my dog was so happy there. In fact, I still take her to the Marvel K9 daycare once a week so she can continue to interact with other dogs and because she loves the land and the people there. I definitely recommend bringing your dog here. I was terrified to board my dog because I've read horror stories, but luckily I've had nothing but positive experiences and my dog gets excited every time we arrive at their property.

I can not say enough great things about Marvel K9. My GSHD rescue was exhibiting food aggression and some additional triggers. The training, love, and understanding he was given has transformed him into a much more confident and secure dog. He is happy to please and really part of our pack now. On another note he has also developed stronger hips and a much more lean body due to the exercise and high quality raw food Marvel K9 transitioned him to. I could not be more satisfied and recommend this program highly! For ever grateful!
