My dog came back with a scratch on her nose and she was limping when I picked her up, when I asked what happen to her the lady said she didn't know what happen to her. Hopefully you have a better experience than what we did. No she did not have a limp when we took her that's a lie I have video of her before we dropped her off and when we called to check up on her nobody ever said anything about her trying to escape they said she was doing good, we did not have a good experience and that's it, dont try and lie saying she already had a limp when she didn't, a simple apology saying sorry about what happen to our dog would of been nice but when we asked what happen to her all we got was an idk and that's it, as the dog owner I have every right to be upset and let people know what happen to our dog while she was there.

Dear Sir, You called saying that you want to board Roxy and her pups she just has a day before but we cant board pups without having the shots, you brought her without the pups and said you did take care of the pups she was limping when she came and she was trying to go find her pups,and has high anxiety from loosing the pups ,all the time she was trying to escape and find her pups. We did a great effort to comfort her and massage her nipples from pressure of her milk, and she was heartbroken for her pups and pushing every surface to go and find her pups it was a dramatic experience for us and her. 02-We are sorry your dog was not feeling good when left her, but she was very upset about leaving her new borne pups and we try just to explain what happen it is a trauma to the dog and we really spend more time comfort the heart broken Mom and taking care of her, we used warm towels for her as she was full of milk and extra watching as she was trying to go find her pups it was a big deal for her to get her pups away from her (Hope now she is having her pups back and feeling happy to see them again, but where you kept them for 1 week & how it come she did not stay with them )
