We have been boarding our golden retriever, Lily, with Jen since 2024. She is the only person we trust with our goofy girl while we are away. While I’d love to keep her a secret so we can board Lily with her when we need, I have to spread the word about Jen’s kindness and compassion with both the pets and the owners. Jen has been a lifesaver for us and our best boy, Soup. Owning a reactive dog can feel isolating and so many boarding options just aren't equipped for dogs with unique personalities. Every time we drop him off, we know he's genuinely loved and cared for, just like he is at home. Which means we can actually enjoy our trips instead of worrying the whole time. Jen's patience, skill, and clear love for reactive dogs specifically make her incredibly rare. If you're searching for someone who won't just "manage" your dog but will truly care for them, Jen is who you want. We can't recommend her enough.

It is hard to fully put into words the impact that working with Jen has had on both Bear (my reactive Aussie) and me. Bear is truly is a different dog after working with Jen. We completed the Liam training package. Before working with Jen, I had tried several other training programs but was still struggling with Bear’s anxiety, reactivity, leash pulling, and responses to strangers. Jen was incredibly patient yet firm with both of us as we worked through his challenging behaviors. She gave me practical, effective strategies and helped me better understand Bear’s behavior and how to respond to it. Since completing our training, he is significantly calmer, better able to regulate his reactions, and more responsive to me. Walks and everyday situations are far more manageable, and I feel much more confident handling him. Jen is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping both dogs and their owners succeed. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done for Bear and me!

I decided to work with Jen because my Aussie is high anxiety and has a few behaviors like pulling and reactivity that I really wanted help with. Jen is SO knowledgeable and brings dedication and energy to every single training lesson. She's super flexible in meeting you at your place and working with tools you feel comfortable with. Nova absolutely loves her and gets so excited when she sees her. Within a couple weeks, Nova's already walking way better on the leash and being calmer in the home. Highly recommend Jen!!!
