I have a 2 year old Great Pryenes Bernese Mountain Dog German Shepherd mix who has passed 2 obedience classes. My only problem with him is walking on the leash. Even with a gentle lead he pulls can you help me with this?

Great dog people and training, shows and fun.
I've called several times, left voice messages, emailed...no return call or email!!!!! In response...I'm very understanding and sympathetic to urgent situations. So maybe a post on website or a message on the voice mail...so you don't get bad reviews. Bit to leave a snarky reply...very unprofessional..and rude.
I cannot say much as this is the 2nd place in Medina that I have called for Dog Obedience classes and have not received a call back.
