Melissa’s Happy Dogs llc

Our dog started to show some aggressive behavior after we made a long move to a new place (also had little problems like being inconsistent with responding to commands and wanting to react to everything on a walk, etc). We booked her for training at Melissa's Happy Dogs and hoped for the best. We were blown away when we saw pictures/videos of how well she was doing. On pickup day Melissa took a lot of time to explain (and re-explain 🤣) how to work with our dog to keep the great results she accomplished. She truly loves the animals as her own and we fully recommend her.

This place is the real deal! Grace and Melissa are outstanding trainers. We took our 6 month old labrador to complete camp where he learned many things including door manners, impulse control, and off-leash walking. We are able to take him into public and he is so well-behaved! The training doesn't stop at camp as we still have to reinforce everything he's learned on a daily basis, but I highly recommend this place!

We took our dog, Led to Melissa’s Happy Dogs for basic training and then for advanced training. He is a Weimaraner and super high energy. I highly recommend Melissa and her team. They did a phenomenal job with Led. It was also a relief that I knew he was well taken care of there. He loved it and you could tell that Melissa loves her job and all the dogs that come to her for training. We were very pleased!

Lilly my 1 & 1/2 year golden is very high energy and we needed help with her basic commands and listening. Lilly did the 10 day foundation camp and our expectations were exceeded. Melissa and her team genuinely care about your dogs well-being. The balanced training approach provides a teaching approach that dogs respond to. Lilly (and most importantly me) learned so much and I can’t wait to keep working with my reformed pup. Melissa provides updates throughout camp and the pick up training was so important for me to learn the commands and how to follow through with training at home. Thank you Melissa’s Happy Dogs!
